Welcome to my website! I am a solo practitioner bankruptcy attorney, exclusively practicing bankruptcy law for over a decade. My office is located in my hometown of beautiful Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where we serve clients who reside in Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Hazleton, and all surrounding areas. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and admitted into the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
I have filed thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases over the years, and have successfully acquired a discharge of debt in every one.
My educational background includes a B.A. degree with double majors in Government and French from King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. I had the unique educational opportunity of spending my junior year of college studying abroad at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. After working for ten years, I decided to attend Widener School of Law, (now Commonwealth Law School) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where I received a Juris Doctor.
During my senior year of law school, while working at Dauphin County Domestic Relations Office, I began actualizing my innate passion for assisting others. It was during this time that I was graciously honored with the Embracing Global Women Scholarship, a scholarship that was very meaningful to me.
After law school graduation, I began my legal career working as an Independent Contractor at the Kingston, Pennsylvania law firm of Hourigan, Kluger, and Quinn, P.C. under the direction of Attorney Joseph Quinn, Attorney Joseph E. Kluger, and Attorney James T. Shoemaker. It was at this firm, while working as an Independent Contractor in the Business Litigation Department representing bank creditors in home foreclosure lawsuits, that I came to realize it was the debtors for whom I felt a passionate desire to represent.
Shortly thereafter, I opened my own practice in Consumer Bankruptcy Law and have never looked back. I am grateful for each potential client who walks into my office and vigorously represent each with experience and integrity.
I invite you to call or email me for a free consultation. During this appointment, I will personally meet with you to discuss the particular circumstances of your case and evaluate how I can best meet your needs to bring about the ultimate result for you.
